Applications for St Mary’s Reception Class (2026)

All successful placements will be required to produce:

 a completed Supplementary Information Form (SIF),

 a copy of your child’s Baptismal Certificate (where applicable),

 a copy of your child’s Birth Certificate

 a copy of TWO proofs of address (being used for this application) i.e. current Council Tax, gas, electricity or water bill or bank statement (less than 3 months old),

Parents are reminded they must complete a Primary Transfer Form (by 15th January 2026) from the local authority they live in as well as an application form for St Mary’s.

If the School does not receive notification from RBKC that you have completed the Primary Transfer Form and included St Mary’s as one of choices, your child’s application cannot be considered by the School for a Reception place.

National Offer Day is 16th April 2026.
