All other applications for St Mary’s School

If, at any time throughout the year, you intend to apply to St Mary’s on behalf of your son/daughter for a place in any of the year groups, you will be required to complete an In-Year Transfer Form from the borough you are living in selecting St Mary’s as one of your choices.

Once we have received notification from the Admissions team a SIF, Certificate of Catholic Practice or Certificate of Religious Practice*,a copy of the Admissions Policy will be sent to you. These forms should be completed and returned to the school office with:

 a copy of your child’s Baptismal Certificate (where applicable),

 a copy of proof of address (being used for this application) i.e. current Council Tax, gas, electricity or water bill or bank statement (less than 3 months old)
